The word is out: check out the December 2014 issue of Hi-Fi Choice for their coverage of Kudos’ newest floorstander, the X3, “developed to be easy to drive and to bring out the best in a wide variety of music.”
Old favourite the C2 floorstander also gets a mention, as part of one of dealer Tavistock Audio’s three systems of choice. Says Tavistock owner Bob Hesketh, “this well-proportioned floorstander is the happiest blend of price and performance.”
The December issue of Hi-Fi+ features Dave Berriman’s review of the X2 floorstander – and it’s a real cracker. The conclusion? “If you care about hearing what’s in your recordings, you owe it to yourself to audition the X2. They may be small, but they are capable of great music making.”
And finally, the January 2015 issue of Hi-Hi News includes a report from the magazine’s own Hi-Fi Show Live which took place in Windsor in November. Now in its second year, the show focuses on the cream of high-end audio and was very well-attended with workshops being filled to standing-room-only level.
