Kudos Teams Up With The Chord Company

Kudos Audio will be the special guests of The Chord Company at a workshop to be given on 13^th November at Audio T’s Bristol store. The workshop will demonstrate just how much difference Chord’s excellent quality cables can make to the performance of your hi-fi.  And what better loudspeakers to reveal that difference than Kudos?

Mat from Chord will bring a selection of cables with an array of terminations including RCA, XLR, DIN. He will also demonstrate how digital cables can enhance your system, including cables designed for streaming.

Toby from Kudos will bring our brand new just-launched Kudos X3 loudspeakers. Hot on the heels of the highly successful Kudos X2  ‘baby floorstander’, the new X3 goes above and beyond with its larger size, extended bass and exciting dynamic range. It uses the same high quality tweeter as the X2 but marries it with a new 18cm main driver whose cone is made from a mixture of paper and reed fibres, designed to improve transient and dynamic response as well as overall clarity. All internal wiring features The Chord Company’s Sarsen loudspeaker cable, which was selected only after extensive testing of a range of alternatives.

The demonstration will also include Naim and Sugden, as well as Kudos’ mighty Super 20 floorstanders, featuring the Kudos Crescendo K2 tweeter alongside a custom-developed main driver, both unique to Kudos and carefully developed to integrate seamlessly to produce an extremely high quality loudspeaker.
